It is like when Bangkok first came out and you can refresh when someone completed a chapter.
I think it was fixed a while ago, because it didn't work last time I tried, but one of my mafia recently finished chapter 6.. I clicked for bonus, but there was problem with the page, so I refresh and I can get the exp and money again and again until the help limit.
And I have just tried it and it still work.. If you see that your mafia publish their Boss Fight, claim your bonus... over and over until it's over!
