I seem to be getting the Tiger Sak Yant for doing random jobs now. I was doing "Intercept an Ammo Shipment" on the Brawler tier and was shown a screen telling me I'd earned one.
I'm up to 6 now!

I'm not the lucky one who get this glitch.. Congrats to all of you who have this chance!
